At Trenbe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Trenbe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our luxury experts verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
